Beyond the Trail
Sometimes things don't go as you expect them to, I made a trip to Yosemite in May of 2008 for my annual Spring in Yosemite session in the hopes of capturing the park at it's most beautiful. However, I was disspointed to find that I was a bit early and nothing was really blooming yet. About ten day later I hoped back in the car to try again and was again disappointed to find that the park had already peaked, wow, bad timing. With nothing really going on in the valley I decided to head up to Glacier Point and see what I could find. I scouted the area for a bit and found the composition I wanted, I set up shop and sat there for the next two hours waiting for the sun and the conditions to peak, what a nice day!
